Pros: I like how simple it is to get medical records. I can typically locate the information I need quickly because everything is well organized
Cons: Getting things configured the way we wanted took some time, but that was to be expected with a system that could be customized.

Pros: I really like the fact that most of its features are customizable. In our field of behavioral health such a system to address all the specific terms and needs is just a blessing. Could not have asked for more.
Cons: We have not had any major problems, and minor glitches are tolerable.

Pros: EHR your way has everything our practice needs. I really appreciate how we were able to make necessary changes to our documentation templates. The support team has answers to all our queries and have always been very friendly and understanding.
Cons: The reporting could be improved it is not up to the mark.
Verdict: It is perfect for the size of our practice.
