Pros: WinMed is simple and clean. I have been using it for about a year and it gets the job done without being overly complicated. Templates are decent and don’t take long to set up.
Cons: Reporting tools are clunky and exporting data is slower than I would like.
Verdict: This is a solid system if you want something basic and reliable. It is not the flashiest but it keeps things moving.

Pros: It is not too bad for a smaller clinic. The billing side is straightforward and I do not have to train staff for long. I like how stable it is and rarely crashes.
Cons: Interface looks outdated and patient charting feels like it has not evolved in years.
Verdict: It feels like software from the early b years but if your practice does not need bells and whistles it will do the trick.

Pros: I have had a rough time with WinMed. Setup was confusing and navigating the system feels unintuitive. It’s like trying to operate old machinery with a modern task list.
Cons: Customer support was slow to respond and did not really resolve issues. I gave up and hired outside help.
Verdict: I would not recommend this unless you are already locked into it and have no better options.

Pros: Maybe the price but not much else.
Cons: The user interface is very dated. Lack of customization makes it unusable in my books. Honestly you can find much better value in other EHRs for the same price.
Verdict: Itu2019 is very poorly made. I would not choose WinMed as a core EHR solution.
