Pros: This EMR feels modern and easy to navigate. The on boarding process was smooth and the training provided by their team was really helpful. I like how the workflows are tailored to the behavioral health space.
Cons: A couple of features they mentioned during the demo are still not available. I am waiting on those to be rolled out.
Verdict: Overall it has been a very good experience. Osmind works well for our team and has helped us stay organized with less stress.

Pros: I have been using Osmind for about a year now. It is pretty reliable for tracking therapy sessions and TMS treatments. The charting tools are well organized and the outcome tracking features are especially useful for my practice.
Cons: Billing is where it feels clunky. It could be more streamlined. Also not having a mobile app is a big letdown for a modern EMR.
Verdict: It is functional and designed for mental health which I appreciate. Still it lacks polish in some areas and can improve with better billing and mobile support.

Pros: Osmind has been great for my psychiatry clinic. I like that it is focused on mental health so it does not overwhelm me with unnecessary features. The note templates are easy to use and help me save time during busy days.
Cons: The software can lag a bit when switching between different tabs. I also wish the appointment calendar had a better visual layout.
Verdict: Overall I think it is a good platform for mental health practices. A few things could be improved but it definitely gets the job done.
