Verdict: Even after more than two years of use, we are still not fully efficient with the system, particularly on the billing side. While it appears capable of meeting all operational needs, accessing timely and effective support to resolve issues has been challenging.

Pros: myEvolv has just been amazing for our community of mental health organization. It does a decent job managing complex client records and documentation. The customizable forms are handy especially for state reporting requirements. It keeps everything compliant and organized.
Cons: It might not be the most intuitive system with too many menus and clicks.
Verdict: It works well if compliance and data collection are top priorities. It is dependable and thorough.

Pros: I appreciate that it is built specifically for behavioral health it covers progress notes treatment planning, and Medicaid billing quite well. Once it is set up it is very customizable and helps with compliance. It handles complex client data and audit trails properly.
Cons: Honestly the system is slow and it crashes more often than I would like. UI feels clunky and staff complain about navigation a lot.
Verdict: I have been using myEvolv for 2 years and I have mixed feelings. It can be powerful but you will need to invest a lot of time and patience into making it work for you. If you are a tech savvy practice or have solid IT help it might suit you better. For others it might feel more frustrating than helpful.

Pros: I do like how detailed the documentation options are it is very specific to behavioral health. Great for agencies that have to keep up with state level documentation and audits.
Cons: Way too slow and we have had issues with downtime during critical hours. Not acceptable in our line of work.
Verdict: I would not recommend this to smaller clinics or anyone without strong IT help. We are stuck with it because it meets our reporting needs but honestly the system is clunky and a pain to use day to day.
