Pros: MedPointe EMR and scheduling software is incredibly easy to use. Even staff members who had never worked with any EMR before were able to navigate it flawlessly within a single day.
Cons: One thing that really stands out is the communication. If there’s ever an issue or error, we’re notified immediately, often before we even realize there’s a problem. That level of responsiveness gives a lot of peace of mind.
Verdict: It’s hard to find major downsides to MedPointe software. On the rare occasion we encounter a glitch, which is completely normal for any program, the team responds quickly and resolves it without any hassle. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be to allow users to enlarge the font for easier readability.

Cons: Very few glitches ever since we started using this software. Nothing other than that.
