Pros: The scheduling and parent communication tools are decent and I do like how tuition is automatically processed. It reduces some headaches when it comes to payments.
Cons: Customer support has been inconsistent and staff turnover makes retraining a bit frustrating since the system is not always intuitive. Occasional glitches during updates have also disrupted class sign ups.
Verdict: IClassPro works for the basics but has not completely lived up to what I was hoping for. It is manageable but I can not say it is seamless. If they improve their support and polish the interface it could be much stronger.

Pros: iClassPro does a solid job with class scheduling and attendance tracking. The automated billing has saved my staff a lot of time and families appreciate the online registration portal. It is been a reliable system for managing our programs.
Cons: The reporting tools could be easier to customize. The interface sometimes feels dated compared to other platforms I have tried.
Verdict: While not perfect it simplifies the bulk of administrative work which lets me and my team focus more on the actual classes. Once you get the hang of it it keeps everything in one place.

Pros: This software gives us the ability to see all the information and any additional elements such as levels, areas, instructors, students, and waitlisted students in one place. I also like the color coding to visually group the classes to effectively plan our week.
Cons: It just lacks in personalizing or customizing some of the design options for reports.
Verdict: A great class management software with an outstanding portal feature.

Pros: iClassPro has a robust structure. It has basically all the features we needed in our office. I personally like its class scheduling, which allows students to schedule and manage their classes and everything else.
Cons: Its reporting feature is not what we had expected. It is unnecessarily complicated.
Verdict: An intuitive software.
