Cons: Charting is slightly complicated compared to the rest of its features.

Pros: We have been using it for a fairly long time now, and never once have we had any major issues. It runs very smooth. Plus, there is great support and appropriate communication all along. I would highly recommend it.
Cons: My only issue is that we have to pay extra and separately for billing. I think that should have been included in the package.

Pros: I love everything about it. It has made most of our daily important tasks like accessing records, reviewing reports, emailing, and sending prescriptions from anywhere and anytime super quick with just a few clicks.
Cons: Just that there are not many options for us to get in touch with support other than the email, that is a problem.
