Pros: ChiroSpring PM is pretty straightforward. I like the way it organizes treatment notes and integrates billing in a way that does not feel too clunky. The cloud based setup also makes it easy to access from different locations which has been useful for me.
Cons: It can feel a little slow when loading larger files. I have had staff mention that some features take a few extra clicks compared to other systems.
Verdict: It is not perfect but it covers most of what a chiropractic office needs without overwhelming you with extras. I would say it’s a good balance between functionality and simplicity though a few workflow improvements would make it even better.
