Pros: Atlas.md is very fast and simple to use. I like how they keep the interface clean not overloaded with features. The direct text messaging and billing features are useful in our direct primary care setup.
Cons: Does not integrate easily with some third party labs and tools we use.
Verdict: I have used a few EMRs over the years and this one fits nicely for a DPC practice. It us not perfect but it is made my workflow smoother.

Pros: Super intuitive interface. Took very little time to train staff. Patients like the built in communication tools. It is made record keeping feel less like a chore.
Cons: Limited reporting features. Needs stronger tools for analytics.
Verdict: It is great for small practices focused on patient care but if you are looking for deep data it might not deliver.

Pros: It is lightweight and responsive. Great for solo practice. I really appreciate how it cuts down on charting time and lets me spend more time with my patients.
Cons: Wish it had more built in telehealth features. Had to use third-party apps for that.
Verdict: Solid product overall. Works well for what it promises though it is not the most feature rich system out there.
